Covid-19 Boarding & Day Boarding

Check-In Procedure

Please be aware this process might be a little slower, but it is better than waiting out in the cold.

This only works if your cell phone number is the primary number on your account.


If you don’t know what number is primary, log into your customer portal.


  1. Text “here” to 203-409-8369 (this # is just for system texting).
  2. We will text the standard Covid-19 questions to you to answer.
  3. If cleared to enter the building, our staff will text you when they are ready and instruct you further.
  4. Humans are required to stay on the porch until our staff gets behind the desk.
  5. Please pull out all medication from your belongings so our staff can verify. If asked, please show our team your dog’s food.
  6. Please confirm the number we should use during the check-out process; this is key for a smooth check out.

Check-out Procedure

If you don’t know what number is primary, log into your customer portal.


  1. Our team will send a Your Pet Is Ready For Pick-Up text to the primary number at the start of our time blocks.
  2. Once you are in our parking lot, reply “here” to that text.
  3. The team will call you from 603-382-8369 when they are ready.
  4. The team will inform you of your dog’s stay, answer your questions, and ask about payment.
  5. Run card on file or using another credit card – the team will take that over the phone.
  6. Cash and Check, we will take payment when bringing out your pup’s belongings to you.
  7. The team will bring out your pup’s belongings first.
  8. Then they will bring out your pup’s using both your tools and a slip lead as a precaution and back-up.
  9. Our team reserves the right to use our training room to transfer a guest.
